    Great place, for bachelors, bachelorette, and families, Not so costly considering the other facilities located in there, the big twin tower. The only thing i hate about it is the Elevator service , which happens few times in a month, stayed in floor 11th n 12th, had to use the stairs few times n not a fan of it.You will love the views.     This is one of the apartment buildings in Qusais Area. It is mostly occupied by expats as Bedspace but few families do live here. You will find all nationalities living peacefully. This apartment has two lifts and two stairs for its 12 floors. Lift runs from Basement to Roof. There is parking below the apartment and also in front of the tower. Rooms are spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and single kitchen setup. There is no piped gas and no drinking water, these can be bought easily just by calling the companies that are plenty in the area. Nearby there is Tatal Supermarket, Shams Supermarket, Al Madina Hypermarket. Dubai Airport Free Zone DAFZ Metro Station is also nearby just walking distance. You will also find several South Indian hotels near this apartment. There is Malabar & Paramount. Pakistan restaurants are Karachi Darbar and Karachi City. All in all decent place for bachelors and families.

    200m away from airport freezone metro station. very good accomodation facility with beautiful view of Dubai and accessible transportation.
