Nice place to live. Visited a couple of times to my family there. The view is the Sharjah and Dubai city and the Al Mamzar Creek are great. Parking for the visitors in the area is bit difficult. -

Very clean, quiet, amazing sea views both sides, closed kitchen, with lake view.All facilities are available, very closed to Dubai.AC free, fantastic maintenance service.I would highly recommend it. -
