I’ve been living in Al Khail Gate Building K (1-9) for over a year now. It’s a very affordable option in Dubai, especially for families and working professionals. The apartments are spacious for the price, and the community is generally quiet and safe. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance, which is super convenient. Maintenance response can sometimes be a bit slow, but overall, it’s good value for money. Parking availability can be a challenge during peak hours, though.

This residential complex offers a prime location, modern amenities, and spacious apartments. The building features a gym, swimming pool, and childrens play area. 1-9A building available in All Khail Gate.This building near by gate 1 and super market back side.This building opposite for 1-5A building available.Very good and clean building..Parking also available..Paid parking only.Room rent its little bit high price..So many bed spaces available in this building..Most of the Indian people staying in this building...This building near by some restaurants also available.. And medical shop also available..Near by gym, KFC, sweet shop , also near by this building..Finally near by no ATM not available...Children park available..
