We love the place,Allhamdulliah maintenances, security, cleanliness all good.My suggestion would be1.they start changing the water fixture in each apartment to water saving fixtures, the water bill in most of the apartments are higher than the electricity,2.do something about the exhaust in washrooms and kitchen they are extremely slow and least bit do their job.Again I would say Al- kharbash is a very good place. Thank you

After living this building 6 month actually I like it in terms of sanitation and quietness neighbour and security.Its very close to bus stop and supermarket and also masjid all they are the corners of the building.Al kharbash building is somewhere suite to family.

Very good building perfect service and maintenance team quick in fixing any issuesecurity and all stuff very nice and helpfuli ma staying in that building for 4 years till now and really feeling confort as there no management problems at all
