Great apartments that are very well maintained. Ideal for Families. Lovely garden area, kids play area and peaceful swimming pool. The location of the apartments is perfect for someone who relies on public transport, 2 mins away from the metro station and numerous bus stops around. Separate Gyms for men and women, free parking, all amenities nearby. The apartments come with electric cooking range and have spacious halls and kitchens as well as built-in wardrobes.Security staff are very friendly and Mr Noel who is in charge of maintenance is always ready to help. Arenco are very professional with handling of all the paperwork.We have thoroughly loved the two years we have stayed here.

Community is in good place and easily accessible to metro, and other places. Maintenance is on time, overall satisfied.But drawback is not having drainage system in the bathrooms.
