Feedback as a visitor: This building, located at the peak of the marina, is an impressive complex with five blocks. One of the standout features is its ample parking slots for visitors, which is a rare find in the often congested marina area. The communitys warm hospitality extends to visitors, making it an inviting place even for those just passing through for a party or event.The buildings are well-maintained, and the views are spectacular. Almost all the rooms offer excellent vistas of the marina walk, enhancing the overall living experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the marina lifestyle with convenience and comfort.

Best place to live in Marina! Perfect view on Marina Marsa, isolated windows for noise, lovely interior apartments. Emaar at it’s best.

Outstanding project by EMAAR that is within close proximity to all amenities, including transportation links such as the DMCC Metro Station and Jumeirah Lakes Towers Tram Station. Just a short 10-12 minute walk from Marina Beach and a mere 5-7 minutes from Marina Mall.

One of the best properties in Dubai Marina, developed by Emaar. There are many amenities, a fully equipped gym, steam room and sauna, a nice and big swimming pool, facing the harbor. Kids play area, conference room, reception with security, nice landscaping and guest parking.

Great place to live! Well maintained, friendly staff, and unbeatable views of Dubai Marina. Locations is excellent, just across the bridge from JBR and The Beach, with Bluewaters Island just a short trek away.
