    Beach is nice for family and kids. There are two types-old n new. Both one have kids play area . The only main cause is having a rest room only at ends on old one while new one have many options n in close proximity.

    Great place to live.. location is near the beach park.. theres a nearby grocery however if you need to go to a bigger supermarket, the closest one is the Century Mall..

    A wonderful, excellent building with a very prime location. The apartments are spacious and the ventilation is excellent. I also believe that all the residents are families.I would recommend it to anyone looking for good, upscale family housing.However, my experience with maintenance has been very poor, and the suffering has continued since I moved there in early August 2022.

    Beautiful location and a beautiful view of Manzim LakeAl Mamzar is a clean beach lined with palm trees and contains a walkway for athletes and sunshades along the beach for swimmers. From Tower 1, the western side sees the entire Al Mamzar Beach.
