    Beach is nice for family and kids. There are two types-old n new. Both one have kids play area . The only main cause is having a rest room only at ends on old one while new one have many options n in close proximity.

    Great place to live.. location is near the beach park.. theres a nearby grocery however if you need to go to a bigger supermarket, the closest one is the Century Mall..

    A wonderful and excellent building, its location is very special, the apartments are spacious and the ventilation is excellent, and I think the residents are all families.I recommend it to anyone looking for good, upscale family housing.But my experience with maintenance is very bad, and the suffering has continued since I moved there at the beginning of August 2022 until now.

    Beautiful location and a beautiful view of Manzim LakeAl Mamzar is a clean beach lined with palm trees and contains a walkway for athletes and sunshades along the beach for swimmers. From Tower 1, the western side sees the entire Al Mamzar Beach.
