I would say this is hands down one of the best buildings in Liwan if not even most of Dubai. The maintenance is great and they are always quick if we need help. Building quality is great, it‘s clean and the apartments are well maintained. The area is quite with pleasant people. Everyone minds their own business. Of course there are always negative parts also, for example it‘s true that the fire alarm goes off too many times or that there is a huge construction next to the building right now, which is very loud. But trust me we wanted to move from this place and checked out so many different places in Liwan and also other areas, but we didn‘t come across a building which has all the benefits this building has. All in all we are super happy, so much so that we decided to move from a studio to a 1 BHK this year in the same building. Well done Al Manal Management. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

One of the cleanest buildings in Liwan. Recommended for small families.Ample parking street side for guests.Loads of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.Security guard plays 90s Indian music at night in the lobby. Great atmosphere.

Been living here for more than 2 years now. Was never disappointed. Maintenance always comes to my aid immediately. Once there was a crack on my window and they replaced it the next day. Security normally does their rounds in the buildings, the garbage area and hallways are cleaned everyday as well as the gym.

Very clean ane quite building. Amazing people around. The building is on the corner, so it gives two side view. Nearby park is also available. Bus stop is just next to it. Plenty on parking inside the building on ground and 1st floor available. Gym is also there in roof floor.

It was smooth experience for the process of rent an apartment. Specially Adnan, Arif and his team worked very closely with us and helped understanding the terms and conditions. We felt as if we are family. Team coordination is too good.Keep growing guys👏🏼

Nice place to live.Pros : Clean, quite near to famous landmarkWeve lived in quite a few places across Dubai, and honestly, this building in Liwan has exceeded all our expectations. From day one, the upkeep has been fantastic — the maintenance team responds promptly and professionally whenever we need assistance. The property itself is spotless, the design and build quality feel solid, and everything inside the apartments is clearly well taken care of.The surrounding neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s nice to see that residents are respectful and keep to themselves. It gives you a sense of quiet privacy without feeling isolated.
