This building is finally getting better! Love it here, good location, nice views, quiet area. Waiting for the mall to be opened which is just 10 min walking

Very good place to stay ,With parking facilities . Gym and swimming pool neat and clean.And especially I prefer my cousin,he stay before Canada he ask I need sauna steam with pool and gym kid play garden amiteny.So I suggest go to visit Tiger properties.Tiger properties in Dubai more than 14 to 16 tower all area.JVC JVT LACK CITY MARINA PINNACLE AND JADDAFAnd all facilities covered by Tiger properties .Now my cousin told excellent service and .Thank you for your suggestions.

It is the best building in JVT it has its problem but finally it has been refurbished and given to a much better maintenance company thats takes care of everything on a daily basis.It is actually great 4 elevators and 26 floorsSwimming pool is Big and has GYM, Sauna and Steam room almost like a hotel

Ive been to Dubai 12 times and Im from Germany.So building is clean. The scent they use here isnt the best, but everything is clean. A little older, but very stable.24/7 security very nice. Solid gym, large pool, plenty of space to sunbathe.Air conditioning worked perfectly for me. (AirBNB Studio 2501).But now comes my star deduction. The fire alarm has been going off every morning for 3 days, apparently there is maintenance work going on but you cant imagine how disgustingly loud it is that I went downstairs in my pajamas and really complained. This has been going on for 3 days. Absolute minus point. Whats that supposed to mean?My ears burst every day at 8 in the morning and I am torn painfully awake from my sleep. Thats absolutely not possible.Otherwise, as I said, very good.
