It’s such a lovely and nice apartments then family oriented.. and its like a palace ..Really happy with the building. Its the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... This has been by far the best building I have stayed at in Dubai. I lived in Business Bay before in one of the big Damac towers and I have to say living here for one year has been so rewarding. The security and maintenance staff are extra friendly and the management team by Mr. Rashad are super helpful. They are always available to address any of your concerns literally any time you reach them. The building and the amenities are super beautiful and clean inside and out, the pool stays open till 10 pm and it’s highly secure and the walls cancel all the noice from other neighbors. The price is competitive along with the great location. It’s truly a 5 stars experience
