    Dubai Marina is the best place to stay. I myself living in 23 Marina Tower which is very accessible to the spinneys and Carrefour. The area is clean and you can go to the marina walk (5mins walk from my place) to do you jogging.

    The oldest but still the best, gated apartment community in Dubai Marina. Spacious apartments, many with Marina water views. Most apartments have original fittings and would benefit from upgrading. Excellent swimming pools, gyms, community meeting rooms, business meeting facility. Close to Marina Walk shops, the Metro station and Tram station.

    Al Murjan tower is located very close to the main entrance to Tecom area! Very fast to reach and the main hotels are around. Not too good with parking on the street but you can easily exit to the main road!

    Maybe on of the older buildings in marina but it still is classy. Just what you expect from emaar. The only issue is the small gym which gets packed to the rafters during peak hours.

    I believe all dubai marina towers by Emaar are the best place to live in if you are considering Marina.The maintenance is excellent knowing that the building is not new, yet the maintenance service keeps it clean, new, and well maintained.I highly recommend Al Murjan Tower.In addition , the apartments are considered spacious with nice view.
