Cannot install the OSN satellite receiver box as it is not permitted . AC does not work during July and August as the compressor is very old and in an open area (outside, right under the sun). Eventually we moved out, as the AC was a big time problem to the extent that every room had a pedestal fan. The apartment is very spacious and management very good with regular maintenance work specially when requested. Besides the AC, they fixed all repairs. When you come as new tenant, whatever is not working, bring it to their notice, including the balcony lock, which most of us do not bother. And before you give the notice, fix everything, then give notice, otherwise you will see deductions from your security deposit for normal wear and tear, too. Nice location next to Nesto, Carrefour and the upcomig Union coop just in front of the building, and near NMC hospital.
