A residential building with around 800 flats. There are four wings and each wing has 25floors and each floor has 8 flats of 2 BHK. This building is directly from owner and there is no real estate or broker fee. One of the best place in Sharjah for family accommodation

Very good building for family. Big kacha parking available incase you dont want to pay for building parking AED 2100. Currently rent is 35K for 2BHK. Driving to dubai is 5minutes drive as it on border of sharjah-dubai. There 4blocks each block 25floors and 200BHK. Maintenance is on call, very cooperative. Building security also is good, CCTV managed building. Big place inside building for children to play and womens to get together for gossiping 😂. Down the building supermarket, gym available. Also next building walking distance for Clinic, pharmacy, barber, beauty salon, restaurants. Really good place for family 👌👍.

The building is good.But you need to very careful using electricity in this building as it does not have different control for ac for a 2 bhk flat.Jus one switch and it runs al over makes your rooms cool but makes your sewa bill too hot.Frequent power cut also in this building is a big issue.some time whole night no electricity in the entire block and some time infrequent power intruptions..

Good place to stay.There is space for kids to play in the ground floor and they also have a swimming pool.There are supermarkets adjacent to it.It is situated right at the dubai sharjah border

I have been living here in this flat for the last 7 plus years and recently I vacated.But I must say folks, one of the best and neat flats in Al nahda Sharjah area and really worth paying for it since it has all the necessary amenities.One thing beware that, when you vacate the room, make the room in good condition and pest free so that you won’t have any deductions in any ways.Positive side :Good lobby for kids and older people for chit chat and evening walks.Few things to know once you have the flats.Get a digital AC thermostat by yourself andGet the AC duct clean also, so that you can minimize the AC power consumption.(Both these services should be own your side.)All amenities like supermarkets and shops anre just few yards away.Always attentive staffs and maintanence which is absolutely free.Mr Safwan who handles leasing the flats and very reliable.All the security staff including the senior in charge Chandran bhai are very helpful and also clears any issues in the flat in terms of maintanence with swift response.I must say with great pain I still miss my Sahara plaza.All the very best team Al nahda Sahara plaza building.Keep up the good works.
