Nothing is perfect. All buildings and housing facilities have their challenges, but what distinguishes Al Nisr Plaza other than the location, view, closeness to all services and restaurants, is its management team led by Mr. Osama. They care about the tenants and they solve problems as quickly as possible.Its closeness to the mosque is a really big plus.

I would love to see this towers exterior painted outside someday because it makes it one of the best residential towers to reside in Sharjah.The swimming pool and Gym services altogether offer an immaculate experience for the community.Security is top-notch and the management team inluding Mr Junaid had carefully regulated all the issues and instantly fixed them.The interiors are luxurious and suited with the most bespoke materials. View has left me speechless.This would be the 1st option to consider if youre deciding to move in to the UAE/ Sharjah!

We have just moved in the Al Nisr Plaza. We were welcomed by an amazing team lead by Osama. Whatever small issues required resolving were done with promptness and no complaints headed by Junaid. My family and I feel like we part of this family here. The view from our apartment is stunning with Al Qasba outside and views of the lagoon. Close to variety of restaurants and entertainment. Love this area.

Myself and my husband just moved to the UAE, into an apartment in Al Nisr Plaza Tower. If I could give Osama and the rest of the staff here 6 stars, I would. They have treated us so well from the very beginning and have been so attentive to all of our needs. The apartment is so beautiful and everything was set up for us as soon as we arrived! Osama and the rest of the staff here are amazing to deal with and have made a very big move for us extremely pleasant and easy. If we have questions, they explain everything very clearly so we are constantly up to date with what’s happening and fix any kind of issues on the spot for us! I am extremely greatful for the kindness and great treatment we have received!

We occupied a flat in Al Nisr Plaza 3 months before, since then we have found the office bearers ( Osama, Junaid and their team) attending immediately to any issues faced and always have been supportive. Building is located at a wonderful residential area and corniche just a few meters away, with super markets and restaurants around. Overall, we are very satisfied moving to Al Nisr Plaza.

A good place to live. I spent 1 year in this building. Seen the old management changed and the new one working 100 times better then the old one.I gave 4 star for everything and the 5th star is been removed because I was promised to get the security money returned but didnt get that back. And now no one attend the phone.If the owner can help in this case it will be much appreciated.Mr juneed knows the details as he promised to get the security money back. But all failed.

I have been staying in this building since 3 years and it has been a great experience in terms of maintenance and facilities... In Management Mr. Mohammed and Mr. Bahar has always helped in anyway they can.Mr. Junaid has been a great guy in helping in maintenance.The owner of the building Mr. Saleem has been doing a great job in renovating the whole plaza. The views have been wonderful. All the facilities have been provided with ease.This is my 4th contract with the building and I am really satisfied and the rent and payment facilities have matched my needs.I Appreciate the kind of service they have been providing us.

The tower is very tidy and the management, to be honest, is never short on existing or new residents. Personally, I am a new tenant. I have been in the building for a few days, and I have received very great cooperation and VIP service, from good maintenance to good treatment. The service is available 24 hours in case you need anything. The administration’s door is always open, and the workers present are very professional. Smooth dealing and speed of completion. A very special thanks to Mr. Osama for his classy dealings, response, and continuous follow-up to ensure that the tenant is comfortable. I also thank Muhammad for his continuous help, responsiveness, kind treatment, and sophisticated style. The tower is very excellent and clean, and one of the best places I would recommend for comfortable accommodation.
