This building, i was sceptical before i came to stay over here... but its nothing like what u see from outside.. hussain the security guy is gem of a person.. he keeps the exterior premisis clean, cctv is there for safety and he has a watch over it always.. the lift the lobby everything is clean and air-conditioned... every apartment and the people are decent family staying.. its indeed a safe stay for ur fam and friends. Bus number 5 is there every 15mins to union metro station, 2 stops. 10mins. Easy for commutation as well. 1bedroom rent is 53k at this point.
