One of the most amazing residential towers in Business Bay, offers large 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and great facilities: largest state of the art gym with trainer, steam room and sauna, infinity pool with large deck overlooking the Yacht Club and the Business Bay Water Canal , outdoor sitting area, barbeque, kids pool and kids playground, visitors parking, etc. 5 minutes walking distance from The Dubai Mall and direct access to the Dubai Canal.

Love this building! The exterior is very modern, and the interiors are spacious with high-quality finishing! It also has great amenities such as a gym and pool. Location is ideal and close to alot of landmarks and shopping sites!

I highly recommend this building, its perfect in terms of both location and facilities. The apartments are a great size, the pool is stunning and the location is ideal - very close to downtown and super easy to get to places like the marina and other malls.

A great property in a superb location with a stunning pool and all the amenities. Apartments are spacious with excellent finishing. Cant recommend it enough!
