Al Raffa C building above Aster Pharmacy Opp. Manazel tower is a well built prime residential premise.It has all the essential amenities with security all the time.You will find majorly Indian families in this building.It has a nice swimming pool, a health club with table tennis and secured systems in place.Very well located at the juncture of Al Mankhool and Al Raffa. -

Al Raffa Building is good, quite, and clean building.Mostly it’s for families only, and there is watchman always available 24 hours in the building entrance.There is also private parking for the tenants, but limited spaces, so mostly only one parking for each flat.The renting amount is little bit expensive more than the others building, but somehow it deserves that. -

The best by far. Steep on rent right now compared to the prices in the vicinity. Hopefully owners pay heed and retain the existing tenants rather than run after new ones. -
