    Best maintained but costly rent. Not able to afford by all categories people. Lulu hyper market in this complex & foot over bridge to connect other side of road and entering Dubai is prime advantage.

    Overall having a good opinion on the building. But improvements recommended especially for execution of any complaints once registered. Time taken for addressing any issues to be faster. Having said that it is the time to appreciate people who really work hard within the team (especially Chandra and team). Always been positive and energetic and on time. Happy about the cleaning services.

    Al Rayyan Complex is a distinct high rise property in Sharjah. A smart choice for even those individuals and families who work in Dubai due to its convenient location and accessibility. Amazing facilities for all residents and a newly opened spa for members. Eveready assistance from the building staff & maintenance team and a friendly management office. There is even a Noon locker, Du, a clothes store, Pharmacy, ATM, small kiosks and a huge Lulu Hypermarket in the same complex that makes life so easy.All apartments are very spacious with modern layouts having nice finishing and all come with decently sized balconies. The podium is another major asset to the community and a world on its own with soft and soothing music. Feels like a resort! Al Rayyan is my home! You truly deserve full marks! 5 stars from me for sure!!!

Despite ongoing challenges with lift services, their dedication, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence have truly transformed our living environment into a haven of comfort and convenience.Adarsh, representing Bright Environment LLC, sets a standard of excellence with his proactive approach and meticulous follow-up in addressing maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. His dedication to ensuring the smooth functioning of our building is commendable and greatly appreciated.Ms. Chandra, also from Bright Environment LLC, upholds impeccable standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas, including the pool and childrens parking area. Her tireless efforts in creating a pristine and inviting atmosphere for residents demonstrate her exceptional dedication to her role.While ongoing challenges with lift services persist, I have full confidence in the maintenance teams ability to prioritize and address these issues promptly.     In my personal view as since I have been living here since 2020 - I rented a 3 BHK and moved in along with my family from Al Nahda , Dubai. I can proudly say that the feeling here in Rayyan Community is different. Its like Home Way from Home. Like one family where all your needs, issues , concerns and requirements are well taken care by the Management. Security is very Good , Parking very spacious and ample of them. Hygiene aspects well taken care off by the Maintenance Teams. Value for money indeed and very spacious Rooms with huge Balconies .

    Its a huge building with a hall, maids room, 2 bed rooms, 1 master room with closet and washroom, and 2 washrooms unattached to rooms. For those who love to see picturesque sky, the long balcony for you.They have 5 lifts, parking floors, Gym, swimming pool for their tenants.Under this building we have Lulu Hypermarket which has everything and anything just name it.

    A great place for family living.High standard amenities, nice recreation area and pool, good maintenance and security. Friendly and welcoming staff. Probably the best complex in Sharjah and neighbouring communities of Al Nahda 1 & 2 Dubai. Highly recommended.

    Overall building is good but there is some service issue which need to fix it..and always there is chance of improvement. I would have given 5 star but for that Rayyan team has to do better.

    Sad to see so many negative reviews in a short span of time. Beautiful community. Have seen worst situations in other buildings who dont even listen to tenants. This management is very approachable and always seen making constant improvements. Great place to live.

    Beautiful built Skyscraper complex on Sharjah Ring Road, 2 minutes from Sahara Mall.The tower houses Lulu Hypermarket on the basement.Tower can be accessed directly from the otherside of the road by the newly building walkway bridge.The Tower is multipurpose Residential and Offices complex.

    Love the place. The pool, the play and walk area, easy access to the hyper market, amazing staff, the view are just a few things I am listing about living here 😊😊😊.. it makes the Sharjah traffic worth it
