I had a pleasant stay in Al Rihab although it has some issues but overall the stay was good. The security and maint staff namely Jawaharulla, Sadakat, Munasing are nice and quick to respond. Dewa and maintenance was free. Hallways and reception are well kept and cold.Reason for leaving:- rent went too much for a small studio- studio had a balcony and open view but awkwardly designed- kitchen area had no provision for range hood so if you cook the smoke can spread in your room and might trigger alarm.- no parking even if you are will to pay -

I really like this accomodation. maintainance is always good and the place feels like home(it is).I wish the security team and home care team good luck. I wish they had a heated swimming pool also. -
