Saleem tower is a large residential building with cooperative management. It is located next to Al Nahda Pond park and Zulekha Hospital. It is best suited for families. It has spacious rooms. There is 24-hour security, large swimming pool and a gym and a children’s playroom. The building is a bit old and they do regular maintenance.During our stay, there was no smell in AC. No insects. Parking is available. Overall, it was a good experience. Plenty of RTA paid parking also available Infront of the building. Schools, parks, hospital, Nesto everything is nearby.

I have spent 2 months now....seems very good building. Good maintenance and there is no smell in AC. No insects. Parking is available and good. Gym is ok but needs maintenance. Swimming pool seems also ok. Overall good experience till now

A large residential building with cooperative management. It is suitable for families and singles. It has spacious rooms. There is security around the clock. There is a large swimming pool and a gym. There was a children’s playroom, but the building is somewhat old and may need maintenance.
