Yes, this building is a bit older compared to the surrounding ones in Dubai, but it remains an excellent choice. The facilities are well-maintained, and the maintenance and security team is extremely responsive whenever there is an issue, they come quickly, no matter what it is.The head of security, Madhu, is always available and responds very quickly. The building’s facilities are consistently in good condition. Of course, there are a few minor imperfections, but having lived here for several years, I can say that it is a very livable and comfortable place.The building is also conveniently located close to everything. We have never had any issues with cockroaches, as the management ensures proper maintenance to prevent them. Overall, their responsiveness and upkeep, are truly commendable.

This is just awesome house, spacious rooms, separate dinning area, view of water from all rooms, floor to ceiling glass windows, spacious two balconies, store room, maid room, etc. Yes there is some nuisance in terms of bikes of cloud kitchen and at times entry to the building remains tight, but direct entry to the walkway alongside water canal and over all feel of living in spacious house is just awesome. ❤️

An old well-kept house almost in the city center. Hindu Management Company

The building is good, large spaces. The problem is in the tower, there is no special entrance to the building for pedestrians. Their entry is through the garage entrance, and the ground floors are rented to restaurants, and the smell of cooking all day long is stale and motors deliver orders. Karim, my books, Talabat, and their drivers have distorted the entrances and the side overlooking the canal. The building sidewalk is full of garbage and restaurant waste, and this is just the tip of the iceberg😭
