A nice building situated closed to Nesto in Al Nahda 2. Pristine Private School is just around the corner. Union Supermarket is also close by, so also restaurants like Al-Baki.The building itself is well maintained with designated parking bays for each flat. The parking bays are covered either under stilt or top soft covering. Enters and exit to the building for cases is done through a button and the gate rises for entry and exit.There are 3 lifts. There are also 3 entrances, one in the middle which is the main entrance and two other entrances on either side for easy access to parking spots.The garbage chute in the building is clean and does not smell bad.The flats are large enough with ample natural light.

The space is outstanding!. As i stayed in so many places . The space of appartment is outstanding. Adding the photo to see the height of ceiling. Pools and facilities are less used and not so big and for name sake they build
