    Amazing location, not in the congested area and of Al Barsha. Plenty of options, two big hospitals are nearby, supermarkets are next, several eateries.All what you need to stay in Dubai. Some flats however are little dated in terms of maintenance.

    I find the flat Im in has no insects at all like ants, cockroaches or flies. It gives me peace of mind even not covering the food or not closing the sugar cause I know theres no insects existing 👍
