I recently shifted with my family and we are feeling good here. The building is well maintained and clean. The location is very peaceful, full of greenery and calm. Day and night security is tight and both Ahmed/Kenneth are always available anytime for help. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Nice, exclusive family building. Layout of flats are big and spacious except there is no gym. Pool area need to be improved by adding chairs and green landscape to make it more inviting. Only issue is if your neighbor cooks smelly food, the hallway smells like it too. This has been reported many times however, you have to find a way how to resolve and get rid of this intolerable smell if the neighbor does not want to cooperate. At times, the food smell comes inside our flat while our main door is kept closed at all times. It must be the AC ventilation which needs to be checked and addressed to.Overall, best thing about living here is how the building is managed. Hari was easy to deal with and makes sure you get your documents on time. There is 24-hr security. Both Ahmad and Kenneth are friendly, respectful, and accommodating. Thumbs up to these guys and they deserved 5-stars!

This property is new and really family oriented. 24 hours security, maintenance assistance.Totally safe and secure family atmosphere.Securities Ahmed and Kennet are so professionals and keeps us secure.All in all, a secure, peaceful, quiet apartment and flats.I have a new born baby and feels so comfortable and secure.

MPN2 is the building and the city you want to be apart of… the community is a very friendly environment. The neighbours in the building is definitely a friendly zone environment also. We have two of the best securities that are based in our building, Ahmed & Kenneth. They are two great wonderful people known to mankind. Very professional guys and they know how to look after neighbours.

Just shifted to this building, and its a good feeling too.The Security (Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Kenneth) is very supportive and always there to lend a hand.The property/building is well maintained and apartments are spacious.

I am a resident in this building.The building is very new and i am one of the very first resident move into the building.The flats are more spacious than the rest of buildings i have viewed in the area.No sharing, bedspace and partitions allowed in the building.One thing i like most is the building is very family oriented. I have a new born and the building is quiet without any disturbance for the baby.And peace of mind because of the securities ahmed and kennet. They are very professionals and humble.No one can enter the building even delivery personals without registering in the security desk.Water tanks are regularly cleaned, pest control treatment is done regularly, inhouse cleaning staffs ensure daily continous cleaning is taking place. Air freshners in all elevators and floors with nice aroma.One thing if the management is reading reviews, if they can build a gym in the building.Highly recommended for families.

Building is nice overall, the security team is super helpful specially Ahmed and Kenny.Facilities, I wish the pool is temperature controlled coz it was super cold even in Summer and no GYM, also no extra parking spots for residents nor guests.

My daughter and husband resides in this building and i came in visit visa for assisting delivery and taking care of baby.My first impression of this building is its calm, peaceful and secure.Securities ahmed and kenet are very good, strict and professionals.Daily cleaning, regular pest control, water tank cleaning.Highly recommended for families with children and new borns.CONS:NO GYM.

Excellent building with friendly staff. We moved in start of December 2024 and within 1 month the water tanks were cleaned, annual pest control was done and any small issues we had with our apartment was addressed quickly and without question.
