The rent is a very good price, the location is amazing with a collage and nursery in the front and a hospital 5 minutes away. The building facilities are great and has a roof top swimming pool, my only request is to improve the gym a little -

Well maintained by the new owner. Lighting is sufficient and parking available. Price is set directly by the owner so no hassles there and no worries about paying the real estate agency. Close to the wonderful Al Nahda Pond Park where you can exercise and kids play. -

I have been living here for 3 years now almost 4 i really like this place its a great safe place for everyone yes its an old building so lotta maintenance problem is there but other than that its super cool ! -
