I had an exceptional experience with the building management from the very first day I inquired. Mr. Sawal was incredibly helpful and provided all the information I needed. The move-in process was seamless, and the friendly security staff ensured everything went smoothly

Its a good family apartment,walk distance to amenities as schools,supermarkets,hospital&clinics,pharmacies,restaurants&cafes,and more,since they changed the property agent of the building,they allowed to keep dog inside the flat,our neighbour has very annoying dog barking like anything most of the time,we got disturbed a lot.If tenants loved to keep street barking dogs, they should live in Villa where no neighbours got disturbed.

Really amazing experience with this building management from the first day as I came for information quaries, Mr sawal helped me with everything I needed. Even the moving in process was extremely easy and everything was done perfectly from the friendly security side.

Nice building with good facilities like pool & gym. Securities are professional and friendly. Maintained buildings and good service. Good location near to mosque. Walkable distance to bus stops.
