Maintenance is fast. Very nice security and management team. Clean building. Quality of materials used in construction are pretty decent. It’s slightly more expensive than the surrounding buildings. The pool is too small for the number of apartments.

Its Just strange how people keep nagging on things and yet they dont want to pay more to have better quality - for myself and the amount I pay and as Architect, I simply say there is no better option in Albarsha for the same amount of money, good & decent qlty, they use good building material & finishes, you can see the book match natural marble counter reception on the entrance and the wood panels covering the exterior of the lift area & big massive doors for the units, kitchen cabinets, built-in appliances, sanitary ware- you can tell Wasl is not messing around or being cheap, even the out door area is nicely design ...
