    1. This is an excellently placed place as the view is not blocked towards the E611 view giving a magnificient landscape view of the desert.2. The location or the orientation of the building is in such a way that the sun will give sufficient light and heat but never is viewed directly.3. Due to point 2, the heat is well balanced in summer ( didn’t require to put on AC most of the time ) and winter is pleasantly heated environment.4. Is strategically placed with all possible exits to and from Dubai with the minimal congestion possibilities, ( see the map for confirmation ).5. Standard pricing and well maintained.
