Reading past review got me worried if I got myself into wrong place. However my experience with Al Waleed have been great.First, signing a contract was very pleasing and the Al Waleed Real Estate was being very understandable with my circumstances.Second, the facility management team was very responsive and quick.Current resident in BA-03 building right now and had some issues with water leak as it is not a big deal in Dubai and gate remote control issue.Facilities Management team responded super fast.Ms.Madhuka helped me through with my issues kindly.It was happy experience dealing with management teeam.Thank them all for their supports.

The building contains a gym and a pool which is good. The building overall provide with satisfactory rooms which is good for either 2 people or a family depending on what type of apartment you are taking. The area the building resides in is also very nice, the area has good restaurants for a quick snack multiple gorcery shops which can provide you with every basic necessities anyone could ask for. The building is just 3 mins away from the Mall of Emirates which allows for easy travel to the mall and to the metro station which is present in the mall itself. The mall is a bonus for people who like to go out to make large purchases to cover their needs. Overall I would give the building a rating of 4/5 based on the area and facilities around the building which is amazing.
