    Im staying here past 2years,Well Maintained,Clean building.Awesome view from Balcony, Not Crowded area,Free space for walk near open parking.Rent is low but sewa bill comes high in summer.F24 bus stop is just 5min walking.Lulu hypermarket coming soon in next building.Overall Good Experience.

    I will say some of the pros and cons,Pros1. Best location in Sharjah and centre of location.2. Bus stops are located very near.3. Cheap and well maintained building.4. Inside there is a grand express supermarket and has many of the groceries and items available.5. 4 Lift available so no problem for wait.Cons1. Occasion problem in electricity.2. Lot of cockroaches there,so need to use cockroach control medicine.3. The trash area smells horrible and they dont clean this place.Overall the cheap and best place in Sharjah.

    I am staying in this building since 2018 and as my experience one of the best family building in Al Nahda area shariah there have good maintenance facilities and service and maintenance supervisor Mr. Amrit he is really kind and helpfull person good experience in tiger group building

    Hi, If anyone is interested to take any apartment with tiger I would really recommend Mr. Ganesh in the customer service section. He has been very helpful, responsive and patient with all my queries and concerns. Till now I have not faced any big issues with the building that’s why I am renewing it for my second year as well.

    Best apartment rental offers are here. Location absolutely comfortable for those who doesnt have a car and dont want to pay extra AED 20 to cross the road from Sharjah to Dubai by taxi. Beautiful view from the window. I am in love with it.

    Nice and well managed residential building in AL Nahda Sharjah. On the walking distance to enter in dubai. Good place to experience multinational community. Easy access to food places, cafe and grocery. Its own Gem and security. Easy access to local transport. But car parking is big issue.

    Very hi-fi facility building.huge and very clean building in that area.located in center area.there is also available super market under the building.i want to go there several times..there are some departments in the building..very good service from helpers and there are good lifts for the go up.

    The Good thing about the building is Bus stop is very near.. By taking F24 bus we cab reach metro station. And the direct Cut to Sheikh Mohammed bin zayed road from the building lets us save time during rush hours.Maintenance in the building is not upto the mark.

    Dear management of Tiger BuildingIm the tenant of Block AAl Yarmook Tower al nahda shj,I have a complaint for apartment Number 1010 AIm staying on same floor,Here too many bachelors are staying in 1010 AFlat Owner Not staying there He give sharing someoneMe and my family are not comfortable with these peoples they always speak bad languages loudly in the corridors and elevators, kitchen area as well, Take any action please 🙏

    Amazing multi cultural place to live, easy walking distance to RTA bus stops which is a 15-20 mins to the nearest Metro station.So many shops which hold a massive range of products and on top of that Sahara Center is either a few minutes drive or a 10 minute walk.
