Review – Al Zarooni Building 2, Al Nahda 1Overall, the building is spacious and well-suited for families, especially those with kids. The apartments are large in size, and the entrance area is wide and welcoming.There is a security guard available 24/7, although the overall security is not very tight. Still, the presence of staff during both day and night shifts provides a basic sense of safety.However, there are a few issues that need attention:• Cockroach infestation in the kitchen areas is a major concern. Proper pest control is urgently needed.• Taps and faucets (nulls) are outdated and should be replaced by the building management.• Central AC systems require professional cleaning and maintenance for better air quality.• The gym and swimming pool are located on the top floor and are accessible, though I haven’t used them personally.In summary, this building offers good living space and convenience for families, but a few maintenance and hygiene issues need to be addressed by the management to improve the overall living experience.

A business tower with few shops in the ground floor and offices onnthenother floors. One of the wholesale shop in the ground floor is very famous and alsomthe other stores are main attractions in town.The building is just frontage with the abra station and and the bay.Sabka station is the nearest bus station and baniyas is the nearest metro station.

I stayed In this building for two months. The building is well structured and good amenities and beautiful. The building management ate very professional in providing security and good coordination

Very nice, spacious rooms, hall, kitchen & washrooms and wide alleys. Just a bit high price considering the current market. But for an average earner, its worth it.
