The living environment is nice and transportation is good. Lulu supermarket is under construction at this building G/F and expected to finish around April 2019 but still not yet open till now. Sometimes will still hear the construction noise during daytime of weekday. Fire alarm is too sensitive of the building.Nearby street have Westzone Supermarket, 7-11, salon, Burjuman Shopping Mall with hypermarket CarreFour. Therefore, living with most of the necessities nearby. Overall, if you dont know driving, and think the rent is acceptable, can consider living nearby.
