2 Blocks. The Real Estate running the building became very professional now and they have improved in terms of maintenance call.The maintenance team became very professional and they solved the leakage in very next day. The real estate office is in the Mezzanine floor and you can directly walk to their office from 8:00 to 18:00 for any issues and they are ready to help at any time.Highly recommended if youre having family and looking for a peaceful and accessible area to all amenities. All the response time is increased by them. The electricity bill also is very low because of its location and orientation. -
