Although the reviews for this building are crazy, we didnt experience any problems during our stay. The air conditioning worked, all three elevators ran, the fact that there is not much laughter anywhere is the norm in this country. If you want to sleep soundly, you will definitely need earplugs because the highway is quite loud and Dubai never sleeps.

We r sitting in this building. Have security. All fine. Have wifi. Have cleaning service weekly. 5 mins to marina..have many shops. Alllllll good

This is my fourth time staying with them. I’m happy with everything, although the parking lot may be occupied by someone from time to time, but we need to say it right away. And its very convenient

A very nice building with a gym and a swimming pool, and a ten-minute walk to the marina

The place is very beautiful, but it needs maintenance for the sanitary ware, lighting, and kitchens, and cleaning of the curtains and air conditioners. They are very dirty and need regular cleaning. The shared apartments are bad in cleanliness, lighting, and bathrooms. You feel like you are in a furniture warehouse, not a shared apartment. The waste dumping areas smell and are dirty. The elevators need cleaning. The building guards are poorly treated. Caring about customers, speaking in a bad and unsophisticated manner. The building needs very strong supervision Hazem takes care of the building and the customers and the daily cleanliness around the pool is not clean, the tables are rusty and the chairs are not tidy. Please consider the comments, especially since the building has a very beautiful location and the services are available. May God bless you, Lord.
