Tang Town is a distinguished Chinese restaurant located on the Mezzanine Floor of Dubai Mall’s Chinatown, inspired by the Tang Dynasty, a period renowned for its cultural richness and culinary excellence. The restaurant offers a diverse menu featuring premium Chinese cuisine, predominantly Cantonese, alongside regional specialties from Sichuan, Shanghai, and Beijing. Under the guidance of Chef Billy Zeng, a master of Cantonese cuisine with over 20 years of experience, Tang Town emphasizes authentic flavors and traditional cooking techniques. Tang Town’s interior reflects the grandeur of the Tang Dynasty, providing various seating options, including a main dining area, outdoor terrace, tea tables, and private dining rooms, to cater to different guest preferences.
