Overall a GREAT experience! We stayed at Al Zubaidi Residence for about 5 weeks in a one bed room furnished apartment. Quite comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Management office team namely Aamir (Manager) and Asla had been very helpful from the first time we contacted them until the very last day of our departure. They were responsive to every need and request of ours. We received our full deposit back with no issues whatsoever, even during the public holiday when their office was closed they ensured to arrange for deposit return . People have to understand if they damage or break something in the apartment during their stay then it will becharged against their deposit since this is exactly the what the deposit is for and it is an standard practice anywhere. Security team (Prasanth and Tauseef) were very helpful and courteous as well. Again all and all a very positive experience with this property and the team - I would recommend this property for anyone looking for short term stays, We will stay there again when visiting Dubai next time. Thanks Aamir and team for making our stay comfortable and convenient.

My fam and I have been living here for 4 months now and I do not regret one minute It aint furnished apartments, it is home. People are helpful and kind. The building is immaculate. I wish I could just live here forever.
