    Al Awal building is 100% residential building there is no commercial offices except one grocery shop at the corner of the building.Building, parking facilities, floor lobby and lifts everything is excellent with round the clock security.Flats are big and spacious.Cleanliness super excellent with polite and respectful friendly staff.
