I really think this building is bad and good. There is so much noise when sleeping. Complains take long time to get fixed. They make us pay for random stuff.

One of the best and huge residential buildings in Al Tawun Area of Sharjah....Total 8P plus 34 storey building...total 680 flats...have studio, one bhk, 2 bhk and 3 bhk flats..total 20 flats in one floor...well maintained...well managed... separate swimming pool and health club for men and women... children play area... A big mosque inside the building...real estate office also inside the building... pharmacy, supermarkets, electronic shop beauty parlour also there... No commission... No hidden charges or hidden clauses on the rent contract... very professional management.. I stayed in this building for 5 years and I got my deposit back without any deductions when I finished my contract... little over priced...if you dont have a designated parking space...parking would be a little bit time consuming during midnight... still highly recommended this building for family residents...
