I have been living at Amara Residence for the past three years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. This building truly meets the highest standards in every aspect, making it a fantastic place to call home.From the moment I moved in, the friendly and professional staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. The management team is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents well-being.One of the standout features of Amara Residence is the outstanding maintenance team. Any issue I’ve had—big or small—has been handled with incredible efficiency and speed. They are not only skilled but also courteous and respectful, making the entire process seamless.Beyond that, the building itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. I recently had the pleasure of visiting a beautiful building that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the building, I was struck by its stunning architecture and design. The place is quite cozy and well maintained, nice swimming pool and amenities , the units are large comparing to many buildings in Jvc, best place to get your home , near to mall and other bibs in JvcLoves being here and well treated with the staff

I stayed at holiday homes for 2 nights. Staff was very supportive through out specially waqar guy. Asked him for help during late hours and he was there to help me out.Hats off to such supportive staff.

I am a tenant in apartment 318. It’s a great building with great community especially the facility manager waqar, with all the great maintenance work that he has done and still doing in the building to make it one of the most clean and highly recommended community in JVC.
