The value for money is great, the space is spacious, and its equipped with all electrical appliances, even air fresheners. Theres parking.Cons: The place is unattractive and lifeless. There are also insects in the kitchen and refrigerator.

I dont know why some people blame it. I have been living in Business Bay for almost 11 years now. I lived many places even in Emaar properties also.But can anyone suggest an apartment with such a good view and so much space? A security guard issue should never be considered an apartment quality issue. There is only one problem that can be solved if they are given proper training.. Moreover, there is no other apartment that provides such privacy and facility to those who live as a family. Every apartment has a minute problem that exists. Nothing in the world is 100% accurate. If proper service is provided, none of this will happen.But compared to other projects it has very good quality. This is one of my favorite apartments in Dubai. Really appreciate Habtoor team

Great layout of the apartments, gym is pretty good and the pool is one of the best in Dubai. 24h maintenance on standby to fix small issues. Great place

Moving in experience was messy, many things had to be fixed and you had to follow with maintenance not once to get things done.But once settled it’s enjoyable to live here. Location is very nice, canal area is developing, layouts are spacious and high ceiling makes such comfortable and relaxing living.

Lived here a few months and very happy with the tower. Some issues with the lack of training and knowledge of the security personnel, but not very different from other Dubai towers

Really great sized apartments. Moving in was somewhat a mess but when is it not. Great location too. Easy access to pool and gym.

Frankly, I advise you, brothers, a luxurious area, beautiful housing, and a new area. The shops under the burgers are nice, and the housing is awesome. I advise families there once, the employees are kind and helpful, and I hope you enjoy it. The housing is at a terrible price. The two rooms are master and a hall and an integrated kitchen with two counters overlooking a nice view per night for about 550 riyals.
