I’ve been living in this building for 4years, it is a really nice building with a nice maintained gym and swimming pool with many utilities and space. There are also many children to make friends with and everything is near by as well(metro,mall). One drawback is that children are not allowed to play in many areas such as the big spacious are next to the swimming pool, it’s just and empty plot and building staff doesn’t allow any children to play there. Even in the corridors, the staff doesn’t let kids play.However this building is really nice and suggested for people with families to live here 👍👍

Ive been living in this building for five years, and it has been an amazing experience! The swimming pool is fantastic—its spacious and well-maintained. However, theres one drawback: children are not allowed to play in the corridors or the area next to the pool. I believe this policy should be reconsidered because children should be able to have fun and enjoy the space where they live. Overall, its a great building, but allowing children to play in the pool area would make it even better for families.

Nice apartments to live. Good services with staff and security. Lovely neighbours. Very neatly maintained and pleasant atmosphere. Close to many amenities like ADCB metro station, Spinneys, Union Coop, Al Manama Hypermarket, Karama. Its location is Al Mankhool ending
