I see a lot of negative reviews, and I can agree to that. However things have changed here, the management has been replaced and everything is absolutely fantastic now. There are mirrors in the elevators, there are cameras, the Ac in hall way and common areas are usually on. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is perfect, kids can have access to everything. The gym is perfect. It’s all better than before. -

I recently moved in this building with an experience of 27 years leaving in Dubai.There is no any building that much organised at allHealthy , clean ,organise and everything on its placeWith such a lovely , kind and care people and suff and managementAll yhe best for them -

The best view I had, sea,city and Burj khalifa all in one , whenever you have issue speak to the team at the office they will support and understand. Thank you all for your efforts. Btw they are hiring new team for maintenance and things become much much better -
