I’ve being staying at the Arjaan for some time and I’m always pleased to visit again. The Arjaan team are incredible, all extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The hotel is in a great location, with easy to access the Marina, The Palm and surrounding areas, a tram station is right outside and it’s easy to navigate the city on public transport. The rooms/apartments are very spacious and have great views over the Marina, Harbour and Palm, the housekeeping team (Adil and Rehman) are just so polite and helpful. I also made good use of the restaurant, the breakfast selection is extensive and the team under Kaza, Aydina and Mohammed the Head Chef, are courteous and very attentive; Win, Althea, Amina and so many others do a great job looking after all the guests. The new gym is also fantastic, full of natural light and with all new equipment, it’s a great space, made even better by the welcoming presence of Ambreen and Mansour.The Arjaan, is a well run, friendly hotel and its the staff that make a great hotel even greater. A big thank you to all the team for looking after me.

An unforgettable one-night stay!We stayed at Arjaan by Rotana for just one night, but it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences weve ever had. Our short stay far exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional customer service. We were there for a special event, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra memorable.Special thanks to Ranim and Akbar at the front desk, and to the bellboy (sorry we didn’t catch his name) for their warm and attentive service. Also, a big thank you to the wonderful team at Cilantro Restaurant, where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast — every staff member made sure we had a great experience.The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped, and we loved spending time by the pool with its beautiful sea view. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options.Even though it was just one night, everything about our stay was perfect — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We recently hosted a henna event at the Skyline Ballroom on the 24/04/2025 , and it was a truly memorable experience. The food was great, with a good variety—every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. I would also like to thank the chef, who was very considerate and supportive. He put in a great effort and helped us generously, even assisting on the spot whenever needed. His cooperation and flexibility played a big part in making the evening a success.A special thanks goes to Riena, who went above and beyond with her service. She was incredibly attentive, helpful, and fast, making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. Her warm and professional approach made a big difference, and we truly appreciated her efforts.

We as a group had our dinner on 28th April 2025 and i am vegetarian. I had daal rice with potato. Daal rice gave me home made daal feeling. Very happy with the food. FOH staff Ni Kadek, Reeta and Saif were amazing. They helped me finding vegetarian food and had lots of fun. Thanks team for our fantastic time at dinner.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast (so much variety). Service is amazing and the rooms are clean. The bed was very comfortable for me. I was previously staying at the W hotel prior to coming here and the Arjaan was outstandingly more comfortable than there. I will always be staying here when I come back to Dubai.

On a week long holiday and booked Arjaan on lastminute.com. unfortunately, a mix up in the booking meant we had one bedroom for three adults instead of two bedrooms. We requested a two bedroom suite as it was my wifes 60th birthday celebration trip. The hotel manager Mr Majeed was excellent and offered us a two bedroom suite a few days later when it became available and at no extra charge.The suite are excellent with comfortable beds, clean showers and toilets and a great view overlooking west side of Dubai. The AC was easy to set and the ambient temperature controlled well for a good overnight sleep. The free WiFi was excellent all around the hotel and fast enough for streaming.Breakfast - the choice was enormous and being vegetarian the restaurant manager Mr Kaza and his staff went over and beyond call of duty to ensure we had plenty of vegetarian options. In addition, my bespoke request for masala chai was addressed at every breakfast and made fresh.The gym and swimming pool were also excellent and again with all equipment necessary for a holiday workoutOverall a very pleasant stay and it was the staff, friendliness, and help that made our stay at Arjaan memorable. Weve been here for a little over a month and its been fantastic so far. Its a good hotel and the amenities are fine but what makes it fantastic is the staff. From housekeeping to concierge to sales, they get it and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Special shout-out to Harish, Amro, George, Nafhan from concierge, Kareem from housekeeping and Kasun from Sales. Excellent job team.

Arjaan by Rotana is in a great location near the Tram and Metro and has a pool with a view of the sea but the best part about it is the staff. Sanjeev and Claire are our room attendants and are always friendly, efficient and courteous. Ashar and Nafhan at the concierge desk are always willing to help in any way. The level of service by these staff members is exceptional.

Pretty cool hotel in general, would definitely recommend to stay.Our room was spacious (65 m2) and had an amazing view to the palm and the port. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. 2 balconies made our evenings, letting us enjoy beautiful sunsets.Room service was amazing. Many thanks to Rogitha (sorry if I mention your name incorrectly), a super friendly man working on 12 floor. Room always was clean, water supply refilled, towels changed, everything on the kitchen washed.Receptionist Khuba helped us with all the questions and was very kind. She also speaks Russian so it was easy to solve all the issues.The only issue I want to figure out is breakfast. It was decent, but not various at all. Every day the same options. There was no salmon until we asked for it. Fruits are not tasty. Omelette was good though.GYM is good. Has almost all required equipment excluding bench press and machine for middle back.Swimming pool is nice. It is located on the first floor. No great view from there but still pretty good alternative to the sea. Would be much better to have on the higher floor.

Here in Dubai on a long business trip and wasn’t originally planning on staying at the Arjaan - but waited till last minute and it was only hotel left walking distance.I have been blown away and so happy with the entire experience so far. The rooms are spacious, clean and the food is superb. Aashreen from housekeeping in particular was very attentive and noticed little things about the way I liked my objects kept or organised and improved upon my stay. Next time I come to Dubai I would definitely book again.

We attended a two-day event at the Arjaan Hotel in Media City. Parking was conveniently located within the hotel itself. The hotels architecture suggests a focus on business travelers. I generally appreciate Rotana hotels because their food and restaurants demonstrate a commitment to quality: good food and a wide variety of dishes. The food at this event was well prepared and presented, contributing to an enjoyable overall experience. Our training session, held in the ballroom, had approximately 50-75 attendees. The space was well-maintained, with good lighting and comfortable seating. The event staff were attentive and efficient, ensuring the event ran smoothly. Although I didnt stay overnight, I observed that the hotels public areas were clean and well-maintained, and the attractive décor provided many opportunities for taking photographs. The hotel is located in the beautiful Media City, a prime destination in Dubai for business and professional activities. However, its worth noting that after 7 pm, the area becomes very quiet, as its primarily an office district with little to no residential presence. This is something to consider if youre planning to spend time outside the hotel in the evenings, as youll likely need to travel to other, more lively areas of Dubai for nightlife and entertainment. Overall, the Arjaan by Rotana in Media City appears well-equipped to host a variety of events. The combination of professional event staff, well-maintained facilities, a convenient location for business purposes, and a comfortable atmosphere makes it a strong contender for both event organizers and attendees.

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. We stayed here for a week and it almost felt like home. Ziad at the reception was amazing. We arrived early morning with kids. He made sure we were welcomed and provided an excellent check-in experience. He also made sure our apartment was comfortable based on our needs. Really wonderful homey stay, everyone is so kind and attentive. Anwar cleans and looks after our apartment like it’s his own home. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and had a stunning views, this was beyond our expectation because we book through Agoda and due to some misinformation from Agoda, the hotel decided to upgrade us to suite room. The hotel amenities, including the pool and on-site restaurant, exceeded our expectations. Every meal was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for relaxation. The location of the hotel is best just few minutes walk to public transport.Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I can’t wait to return!

We recently had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom apartment with a plunge pool at the Arjaan Dubai media city .The room had a mesmirising view and this time we saw a major improvement in the in room dining and house keeping as well which were lacking a bit on our last visit.THe breakfast the next morning was amazing since it was handled by Kazaa who is the super star employee of this property and without a hesitaion Chef Suleiman and his team did some fantastic freshly baked pancakes and waffles for my kidwho loved it all .Kudos to Team kazaa to always put up a smile on your face despite the busy breakfast place being busy.We had a hiccup during the Check in process which was sorted out very quickly by Nikhil the Operations manager. The Ameneties provided in the room specially the mini macrons was something loved by my kid.Nikhil went one step ahead he personally met us and apologised and ensure we had a late check out. Such Key players like Nikhil and Kazaa only make the guest visit memorbale and bring us back again.This review is specially for the unsung heroes who are generally missed out , the valet guyz at this hotel are fast and proactive and also they have good profiling for the guest ,as we arrived they greeted us with a warmlysaying welcome back . Naveen and Sajith to be precise are the valet stars.Hope this review reaches the valet team as well.

Had a pleasant stay at Arjan.The lobby is visually pleasant however the rooms unfortunately are outdated and a bit small.Laundry service id say its subpar there was some new stains on the clothes and there was a hint of unpolished odor.The service and the staff were very professional and respectful however there was a lady at breakfast time who kept guiding me and other guests to certain tables that were dirty, still being cleaned or relatively clean but missing some silverware which was annoying.Harish from concierge was very professional and respectful and made me feel welcome from check in until check out.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a month, and it was an unforgettable experience. The standout feature was, without a doubt, the incredible staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were always smiling, accommodating every request with grace and efficiency. They made us feel like valued guests every single day. In fact their service is goodBut the location hard to access with the signal n train rail around the hotel.The booking was paid fully the day I booked and the reception has no idea about it? I had to do international calls all the way around so they finish the arrangement with the tourist company that I paid, at the end I dont know why they didnt take the payment the day I paid before arriving, this makes people doesnt trust to pay in advancedAlso I had bad luck where my room has lizard inside

Best place for apartment hotel in Media City Dubai. Very warm and courteous staff. Make you feel welcome from the time you land. Special mention for Kareem from Housekeeping who keeps your room spic and span every day with a bright smile on his face all the time. Sales support from Ambreen is amazing. The staff at Breakfast also take good care of you.

Concierge Ashar at the hotel is exceptionally helpful and really has gone out of his way to help me on several requests. Highly recommend the hotel including the great front of house staff and will put a more detailed review online. I did however feel it necessary to mention Ashars going over and beyond.
