    I had such a lovely experience at the hotels morning breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a nice variety to choose from. But what truly made the morning special was the service, especially from Ni Kadek, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She kept checking in with us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and was quick to offer drink refills and anything else we needed. Her warm smile and kindness really stood out and made us feel welcome. A big thank you to her for such thoughtful service!

    I visited the coffee shop in the lobby and had a great experience. The food was fresh and well-prepared. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was made with high-quality ingredients. Mr. Mahmoud was exceptionally kind and polite, making the visit even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

    We moved to Arjaan Rotana Media City last week for a one-month stay, and from day one, we have been genuinely impressed with their outstanding service. The entire experience, starting from the warm and welcoming reception, to the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment, has been exceptional. The staff here are incredibly cooperative and responsive, always quick to assist with any request, making us feel truly valued as guests.Our apartment, number 1612, offers a stunning view that we absolutely love. The comfort and quality of the apartment exceed our expectations. What sets Arjaan Rotana apart from other large hotels is their perfect blend of excellent hospitality, a beautiful living space, and an amazing view — all delivered without any unnecessary fuss or pretentiousness.We are so happy with our stay here that we are already planning to extend for another month.     I’ve being staying at the Arjaan for some time and I’m always pleased to visit again. The Arjaan team are incredible, all extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond. The hotel is in a great location, with easy to access the Marina, The Palm and surrounding areas, a tram station is right outside and it’s easy to navigate the city on public transport. The rooms/apartments are very spacious and have great views over the Marina, Harbour and Palm, the housekeeping team (Adil and Rehman) are just so polite and helpful. I also made good use of the restaurant, the breakfast selection is extensive and the team under Kaza, Aydina and Mohammed the Head Chef, are courteous and very attentive; Win, Althea, Amina and so many others do a great job looking after all the guests. The new gym is also fantastic, full of natural light and with all new equipment, it’s a great space, made even better by the welcoming presence of Ambreen and Mansour.The Arjaan, is a well run, friendly hotel and its the staff that make a great hotel even greater. A big thank you to all the team for looking after me.

    An unforgettable one-night stay!We stayed at Arjaan by Rotana for just one night, but it was truly one of the best hospitality experiences weve ever had. Our short stay far exceeded our expectations, thanks to the exceptional customer service. We were there for a special event, and the team went above and beyond to make it extra memorable.Special thanks to Ranim and Akbar at the front desk, and to the bellboy (sorry we didn’t catch his name) for their warm and attentive service. Also, a big thank you to the wonderful team at Cilantro Restaurant, where we enjoyed an amazing breakfast — every staff member made sure we had a great experience.The apartment was very spacious and fully equipped, and we loved spending time by the pool with its beautiful sea view. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of high-quality options.Even though it was just one night, everything about our stay was perfect — we’re already looking forward to coming back!

    We had a wonderful one-night stay at Arjan by Rotana with breakfast. The hotel is located in a very calm and peaceful area...❤️truly a beautiful place with lovely arrangements.     I stayed here for over 15 days. The hotel is centrally located in Media City, just minutes from my office — very convenient.The only downside is the limited number of convenience stores nearby. Also, my initial room was on the construction side, which was quite unbearable. Thankfully, Mr. Timur and his team were incredibly helpful and promptly moved me to a more comfortable room.The staff here are outstanding — from the moment the door opens, to Janalli and Jemma who kept my room spotless. The gym is a real highlight, featuring the latest equipment and kept very clean.The breakfast buffet is on par with many 4-star hotels in Dubai, offering a great variety. Special thanks to Christopher, who made my eggs to perfection every morning.

    Weve been here for a little over a month and its been fantastic so far. Its a good hotel and the amenities are fine but what makes it fantastic is the staff. From housekeeping to concierge to sales, they get it and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Special shout-out to Harish, Amro, George, Nafhan from concierge, Kareem from housekeeping and Kasun from Sales. Excellent job team.

    We recently hosted a henna event at the Skyline Ballroom on the 24/04/2025 , and it was a truly memorable experience. The food was great, with a good variety—every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. I would also like to thank the chef, who was very considerate and supportive. He put in a great effort and helped us generously, even assisting on the spot whenever needed. His cooperation and flexibility played a big part in making the evening a success.A special thanks goes to Riena, who went above and beyond with her service.     ‏Arjaan Rotana hotel is one of the valuable hotels. It is an architectural masterpiece in the middle of Media City like a castle. All the staff are wonderful, cheerful, experienced and quick-witted. Rotana is distinguished by its diverse designs and sophistication. Its restaurants are delicious, the lobby is attractive, their coffee is delicious, and the pastries, salads, and fruits are varied.     I have been at Arjaan for a long stay for the last four weeks. From the moment we entered the service has been truly exceptional. The lobby area is spacious, immaculately clean with lots of places to sit and relax. Our room was not ready upon arrival and we were offered another room initially with welcome drinks. This was a gesture that was truly appreciated as we had young children who were quite tired from moving from another hotel.We left another major chain hotel due poor house keeping, customer service levels and general poor management. Arjaan has been a wonderful experience from the moment we came.Our regular housekeeper Ashreen, is an absolute star! Always making sure our needs are met and standards are high. She always asks what specifically she should focus on or if we are happy with the clean.Her attentiveness and attention to our specific needs has been consistent throughout stay. Nothing is too much trouble!This attentive and caring attitude runs throughout the entire hotel.The security, housekeeping, guest services and maintenance team are always on hand. Come night or day!Any deliveries you have can be bought to your room with a simple request to guest services. Whenever I come with lots of shopping I am always assisted by guest services without even having to ask.The onsite salons are welcoming and we have all had haircuts by professional and friendly staff.The sea views are breathtaking!The swimming pool and veranda is beautiful and a fun area to spend time with children. My children particularly enjoy the fruit ice lollies- a must try to help cool off in the heat.The lifeguards are friendly and always vigilant making you feel safe and secure.My daughter has multiple food allergies and the fantastic chef and kitchen team have catered for her soo wonderfully. Always cooking fresh delicious meals to her specifications. Highly recommend this hotel for people with food allergies!It will be son’s birthday soon and reception/guest services and the kitchen team will be organising a cake for him.Overall, this hotel ticks all the boxes and if you want a comfortable stay and feel well-looked after this is the place for you!

    On a week long holiday and booked Arjaan on lastminute.com. unfortunately, a mix up in the booking meant we had one bedroom for three adults instead of two bedrooms. We requested a two bedroom suite as it was my wifes 60th birthday celebration trip. The hotel manager Mr Majeed was excellent and offered us a two bedroom suite a few days later when it became available and at no extra charge.The suite are excellent with comfortable beds, clean showers and toilets and a great view overlooking west side of Dubai. The AC was easy to set and the ambient temperature controlled well for a good overnight sleep. The free WiFi was excellent all around the hotel and fast enough for streaming.Breakfast - the choice was enormous and being vegetarian the restaurant manager Mr Kaza and his staff went over and beyond call of duty to ensure we had plenty of vegetarian options. In addition, my bespoke request for masala chai was addressed at every breakfast and made fresh.The gym and swimming pool were also excellent and again with all equipment necessary for a holiday workoutOverall a very pleasant stay and it was the staff, friendliness, and help that made our stay at Arjaan memorable.     We as a group had our dinner on 28th April 2025 and i am vegetarian. I had daal rice with potato. Daal rice gave me home made daal feeling. Very happy with the food. FOH staff Ni Kadek, Reeta and Saif were amazing. They helped me finding vegetarian food and had lots of fun. Thanks team for our fantastic time at dinner.

    This is my second time staying at the Arjaan for business. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds) although do be aware there is building work directly next to the hotel on the city view side so it can be noisy depending on which floor you’re on.The thing that really sets the Arjaan apart though is the service. From front desk, to restaurant to poolside, everyone greets you with a smile and goes out of their way to look after you. A special shout out to the front desk team who pulled out all the stops for me on sorting a room issue, and to Apollo for cleaning my room each day so beautifully.

    I was here for the second time, as I liked it at my first. The second time we had an upgraded room on the 29 floor and the view is astonishing, everything is new. Receptionists are wonderful. There is full furnished kitchen inside the room. The room service is amazing, special thanks to Ahmed, Sahbaz and Zayed. They were so polite even we asked to bring the things 4 times within 30min. I was forgetting something all the time. The food from the restaurant was also really tasty.

Excellent hotel at a great location, with easy to access the Marina, The Palm, a tram station is right outside and it’s easy to navigate the city on public transport.The rooms/apartments are very spacious and have great views over the Marina.     Arjaan by Rotana is in a great location near the Tram and Metro and has a pool with a view of the sea but the best part about it is the staff. Sanjeev and Claire are our room attendants and are always friendly, efficient and courteous. Ashar and Nafhan at the concierge desk are always willing to help in any way. The level of service by these staff members is exceptional.

Right from the beginning I have had such a good experience - initially I was booked into a standard room without balcony and the wonderful Harish arranged for a lovely lady Haneen at the reception to change my room to a balcony room.     Pretty cool hotel in general, would definitely recommend to stay.Our room was spacious (65 m2) and had an amazing view to the palm and the port. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. 2 balconies made our evenings, letting us enjoy beautiful sunsets.Room service was amazing. Many thanks to Rogitha (sorry if I mention your name incorrectly), a super friendly man working on 12 floor. Room always was clean, water supply refilled, towels changed, everything on the kitchen washed.Receptionist Khuba helped us with all the questions and was very kind. She also speaks Russian so it was easy to solve all the issues.The only issue I want to figure out is breakfast. It was decent, but not various at all. Every day the same options. There was no salmon until we asked for it. Fruits are not tasty. Omelette was good though.GYM is good. Has almost all required equipment excluding bench press and machine for middle back.Swimming pool is nice. It is located on the first floor. No great view from there but still pretty good alternative to the sea. Would be much better to have on the higher floor.

The outdoor pool, spa, and gym are well maintained, and the on-site restaurant is well managed, with cheerful staff.The downside is the noise from the nearby tram and local construction, which depends on the room location.     Here in Dubai on a long business trip and wasn’t originally planning on staying at the Arjaan - but waited till last minute and it was only hotel left walking distance.I have been blown away and so happy with the entire experience so far. However, its worth noting that after 7 pm, the area becomes very quiet, as its primarily an office district with little to no residential presence. This is something to consider if youre planning to spend time outside the hotel in the evenings, as youll likely need to travel to other, more lively areas of Dubai for nightlife and entertainment. Overall, the Arjaan by Rotana in Media City appears well-equipped to host a variety of events. The combination of professional event staff, well-maintained facilities, a convenient location for business purposes, and a comfortable atmosphere makes it a strong contender for both event organizers and attendees.

    This is a great hotel with excellent staff. We stayed here for a week and it almost felt like home. Ziad at the reception was amazing. We arrived early morning with kids. He made sure we were welcomed and provided an excellent check-in experience. He also made sure our apartment was comfortable based on our needs.
