I have seasonally lived in Attessa Tower over a year now and love it. It is relatively quiet here. Lovely views. Great service. Amenities are standout. 3 squash courts, 2 badminton courts! Love it! -

Tldr it’s decent overallThe building requires key to enter living quarters elevator , the security desk is off to the side of main entrance - so they do not always able to open for you even if you’re okay with opening yourself usually , just , this time don’t have the key .Swimming pool is HUGE :)) not very deep, but it’s an awesome size and when I was there for my stay .- I thought the swimming pool size was fantastic really Wide and really Long 🏊♂️. It’s like a huge pool on 2-3 floor from ground. (I believe it’s 1 floor in elevator, towards the left side of complex when facing the marina - past the gym . Swab key fob on right side of final door at Attessa tower . )Didn’t check the gym tho it looks spacious but basic too I personally didn’t see hanging bars for pull up, I use EMS workout. If you’re curious what is EMS (I tell everyone) check Aliexpress (expensive) for EMS electro boost suit and machine and software.. Only 30 mins with the suit that shocks you each 6 out of 10 seconds during your non stop 30 Minutes only cardio workout. :)The facing marina side apartment here felt humid on balcony vs the previous stay at another tower in marina .The AC here in my apt was very strong and I had to dial it down from fear of getting sick. In my apt I couldn’t turn the vent any direction.Parking is multi level - cannot comment for general use - my spot was near elevator but passing smelly garbage bay behind a few doors. On pool level area they have a pretty yet small garden leading to pool , pets not allowed there for private walks .As a dog owner - I’m not sure about special dog off leash area or even relief area with a cleared out grass-type surface in the vicinity of building. bush outside lobby no good for medium/larger dogs such as a Labrador or a short hair Pointer , for example. JBR beach is at most 15 mins walk away if you’re slow af . Camels walk there - maybe dogs can relieve there too , not even sure . The water at beach is boiling there, hotter in May and June than the outside and dirty af from boats passing by perhaps. Many people swim here . I go other beaches near Burj Al Arab.I better wrap this app if anyone is even reading. From my overall experience - this was a good moneys spent in early June , 2023 with local booking agency . I thought the long term monthly/yearly cost from landlords was rather high posted online as it’s still an older building , nevertheless comfort was here..Building feels a bit too humid facing the marina side standing on the balcony, yet a great view - here clothes dry a bit longer than other marina buildings , over all fantastic amenities + people I briefly met here are nice and professional / educated looking at the glance Convenience and grocery store downstairs. 2 gates for car entrance at the cul de sac overlooking Marina - 1 visitor and 1 resident + exit . Looks very nice for newcomers and new visitors or guests driving in. For comparison nearby building Marina Keys ( Quays) is less often available for rent and isn’t as tall from available units - here at Attessa better chance to get a higher floor. Remember you have to tap to enter elevator area but can hang out in lobby sofas freely . Im not sure if you can push and pull despite what the suggestive door sign might say . And in my apt the cutlery drawer wasn’t in most ideal place or the design of it. Check - where will you keep cutlery and try many times if it’s convenient for you. Apartments may vary .If affordable for long term I’d go with the building where the ToroToro is , or one of the ones across from it . As a dog owner I wish to be near an off leash area in walking distance 🐕🤦♂️ another area instead now .Good luck Reader if you made this far ! If you’re considering moving here - i can’t speak for you and not sure if I’d want to live here long term especially for asking price in 2023 . In my 3-4 weeks here I didn’t spot any bugs. All buildings around might have them but I didn’t come across any here during my stay. Best wishes and success :)Thank you for reading . -

Lived on the 19th floor for a year. Great views of the beach and the marina. Excellent location, walking distance to multiple shops, restaurants, and the beach! Living here felt like being on a vacation! -

A high-quality site/residence adjacent to Dubais most important beach, with its own pool and childrens playground, and easy to access. 👍 Recommended.
