It’s an okay bldg. Rooms are great, elevators are quite big and there’s rarely a waiting period. Best thing about it for me is the location if you’re a commuter. It’s surrounded by a lot of bus routes so you can get around the city pretty easy. Worst thing for me is the gym as it’s not well maintained. Even thought it’s free I think they should make an effort to clean it periodically considering it’s covid season. I have not encountered any issues (yet) with the staff and security so I can’t say if they’re nice but they sure don’t greet much.

We moved in this building some 4 months back, we never had any sort of bad experience. The Corridors and all common areas are neatly meaintained. No waiting time for the lift, cordial staff and prompt response to any maintanance issue. Excellent location for public transport as well as for any kind of shopping around.

We lived here for two terms and I could say that this is one of the best places in Al Nahda area. Aside from the number of commercials, establishments around us plenty of bus stops are available. It is also not noisy.Regarding the hallway, it is always clean and tidy.The garbage chute is well-maintained.The lifts are clean and available all the time, never crowded.Security Guards like, Khan and Zafran were polite, kind and friendly.Essential establishment are close by, Sahara is a pedestrian walk away.The price of the unit though had increased. from 22,000 to 25,000 something for a 400 sqft studio with balcony. Not bad during 2021...
