Very pleasant place to live. I have been living hear as a tenant for 4years now. It’s very warm atmosphere and the building caretaker is treating us like his family. His name is Mr. Chandran from kerala, India.Despite’s having some common delays and followup on services, Rocky Realestate is very responsive and co-operative. Mr. Anoop and Mr. Azhar are the key people taking care of all our documentation’s and maintanance of our house. They have made all our transactions easy.I would suggest Awazi building as safe and warm place to live as it is in the center of Dubai and the place really gets enlightened with all the festivals. -

A great place to be called as home. being walking distance to metro and almost all supermarkets closeby gives us a chance to enjoy living in heart of dubai.we have an amazing team from Rocky Realeatate including Mr.Azhar - maintanave manager, Mr. Anoop - co-ordinator who takes good care of all services. Building has a full time caretaker Mr.Chandran and his dedication and responsibility is really appreciable. He makes us feel like family.Highly recomended place to stay if you love city life
