Premium quality construction, Modern architecture. Living for past 3 years in a studio.DLRC community traffics are less. Most of the city centers and workplaces within 20-40 minutes travel distance.

Lived there for 3 years, I was the first tenant of the apartment (studio) and Im grateful for this experience. I had no major issues and the team was always there to support and they were professional. Also, the exist process was very smooth, they were transparent and supportive.I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write this one since its a building I would personally recommend to others if they asked me what do you think of awtad residence
