This architecture is the best building, but it is relative to me, and the best service is the security, and the rooms are large, sweet and calm

Staying for a couple of months in building. So far building is nice, spacious, security excellent. Strict enforcement of policies which is good because tenants sometimes always abuse it and take for granted facilities. Gym and pool facilities are all good.Corridors, reception and garbage chutes are always clean and well maintained.Parking terrible the exit paths are very narrow even for a small car. Once could see scratch marks on the exit walls even the rubber stopper were badly damaged. If your an expert driver or doesnt mind scratching your car it shouldnt be a problem.Maintenance is 50-50 sometimes if they are too busy it would take time to get your issues fixed which make sense seeing how big the building is and the number of tenants to be serviced.Happy tenant app is working most of the time but doesnt when you need it the most.Special Mention to Zaki from Driven Properties is a very professional, very responsible and responsive to any inquiries. Always helping out to any issues raised which are beyond his responsibilities. Company deserves someone looking like you! 5stars for you mate 👍👍👍👍👍

This is my second year in Aydh Tower, its really a very good place for residence, specially for families, the building is almost new, built in a perfect way, full cleaning and security, the management and security staff are so gentle and friendly. The most distinguished matter is that Ayedh tower is in a calm area with a nice big mosque found in the ground floor of the building.
