    We stayed for 4 nights here and had a two bedroom apartment. Fabulous location and the apartment was superb. Abundant parking. Grocery store at the corner of the building and even a petrol station a minute of drive from the building. The security was polite and kept track of vehicles in and out of the building. The views from the apartment were fantastic of the Dubai waterfront. The apartment is easily accessible and two mins from SZR. Would recommend to stay here.

    There’s a grocery store just outside the building, it’s close to Dubai Mall, somehow I miss the traffic every time. Great location to stay👍🏽

    Comfortable apartments.We used 1409 , 1209 in aykon tower C and both were Comfortable, equipped and everything that you need for your stay is available in the unit.( washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, toaster , ....)Drugstore and supermarket are under the building with affordable prices.Free parking area,Fantastic gymSauna and Outdoor poolVery good complex , with fantastic amenities like big gym , pool , jacuzzi and steam and dry sauna . Beautiful lobby. And one important thing that in flooding period apartments didnt affect at all 👌

    The reception is nice and helpful, it looks beautiful, there were no problems during our stay here, the pool and the sauna and steam cabin of the fitness center are great, I can recommend them to everyone!

    When I heard it’s close to the canal walk development I had no idea it was this close, and the canal walk area is stunning.I am free to go out for a canal walk or jog, even in the middle of the night.Electric bikes and scooters galore.The well lit and beautiful pathways are amazing. This is heavenly. AYKON is just perfect for a peaceful classy getaway

Situated in the heart of Business Bay, we were minutes away from iconic attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the vibrant Downtown Dubai. The convenience of having supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance made our stay incredibly comfortable. Plus, the views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset!Accommodation:The apartment itself was immaculate, modern, and extremely well-appointed. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the chic decor to the comfortable furnishings. The beds were plush, ensuring a restful nights sleep after a day of exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we wanted to dine in.     The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and clean, thank God, and everything is perfect, but the staff’s manner needs to be improved a little in dealing with them.
