Staying here since 1 and half years.love the location.metro 10 min walk.market down the building covers almost all daily needs.Highway road connection(D57) 5min.Great sunrise, from my balcony.The only drawback.... paying too much.

The rooms are fully furnished. The apartment is glam. It’s around 10mins walk from the metro. There are couple of supermarkets nearby. Easy to book a cab as well. Would love to stay here as long as possible.

Dec,2023 1st ReviewThe place is overall nice to live in. But the dirty drainage smell that comes from the AC is horrible. This smell wont stay long but its impossible to work, sleep, or cook when suddenly this smell comes up, even if the AC is switched off.As we live on the top floor there is this continuous sound of AC duct and other types of machinery. This makes it impossible to open the balcony door for Air ventilation.April, 2024 2nd ReviewThe Foul sewage smell issue was solved by the management on my floor.AC duct & other machines working on the Roof have their sound reduced but it is still there you can enjoy your balcony now. The pool is nice and started working again after long maintenance.Ample parking spaces and a grocery store is available next to the building. 13-15mins walk to Al Furjan metro station.

Absolutely love it!!! The ambience and building is well maintained love the pool and gym! Close to the metro 10 min to be precise.But just love my home!

Nice location, quiet area which I prefer. 5-10mins walking distance to Spinney or Carrefour grocery stores. 5mins walk to metro station :)
